Slide grinding

Slide grinding allows us to treat your products effectively and economically. Your components can be machined in many different ways – deburring, edge rounding and polishing are the most common applications. In addition, we can matt, descale and clean your products using the slide grinding method.
For processing, the components are placed in a rotating container together with a processing medium in the form of ceramic abrasives and additives and set in motion. This creates friction between the components and the ceramic stones, which causes material removal on the outer and inner contours.
For optimum processing of your components, we use processing agents that are precisely adapted to the component, depending on the material and the processing objective.
