Your Tasks
- Organising and controlling the production process in the edging department (CNC and edging robots)
- Ensuring on-time production and compliance with quality requirements
- Personnel deployment and capacity planning for the department
- Feasibility check for enquiries from upstream departments
- Creation of edging programmes and operational collaboration on the edging machines on a case-by-case basis
- Optimisation of work processes and elimination of faults
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training in the metal sector or comparable training
- Several years of professional experience in production technology or in handling sheet metal and press brakes required
- Good knowledge of Tru-Tops/Boost, machine control (Task 6000), ERP system and reading drawings required
- Skilled in handling common measuring equipment
- Strong communication skills, a high level of motivation and commitment
- Willingness to undergo further training
- Driving licence and driving licence for industrial trucks desirable
